CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We hope you love what you’ve ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund.

REFUNDS

In order for a refund to be issued, it must be authorized. To obtain a return authorization, contact us at customerservice@noigirl.com. If a return is received without authorization, your refund may be denied.

*Returns must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of odors, and within 30 days of the order date. If your item does not meet these qualifications, your return may be denied.

It typically takes 5-7 days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a refund of your payment minus our 15% restocking fee. Store credit is also available.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

YES! The way that we handle exchanges, is a return and re-buy method. Once we receive your return, we will email your credit code and you can order the item you want in exchange. If you do not want to wait for your store credit code before purchasing, you can order the item ASAP. Then when you receive your credit code, you can use it on something else equally fabulous. Because we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to ‘exchange’, this is the way we have found to be the most effective.
