Shipping Policies

Thank you for shopping with us! We do our best to process your order quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Method

We ship our orders through USPS within the Contiguous 48 states. If in stock, shipping typically takes 2-5 days to reach you.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, and we are working on opening new shipping options in other countries. If in stock, our international shipping typically takes 10-14 days to reach you.

Expedited Shipping Options

We also offer expedited shipping options that will be available during checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 noon PST in order to reach you in time. If orders are placed after 12 noon PST, the order may miss the USPS shipping window. If you choose an expedited shipping option, please let us know your order number so we can make sure you are taken care of or email customerservice@noigirl.com.

*We respond to all emails Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM PST. Any emails sent Friday after 5PM PST- Sunday will be answered first thing Monday morning.
